Position Summary: We are seeking a quality sample maker responsible for auditing garment assembly, ensuring quality standards and efficiency in multi-style garment manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Garment assembly audit and quality standards 2. Interpretation of technical sheets and proposal of solutions 3. Proficiency in sewing types, stitches, and textile behavior We are looking for a quality sample maker \*REQUIREMENTS: MULTI-STYLE GARMENT MANUFACTURING, USE OF SEWING MACHINES (COVER, OVER, STRAIGHT DOUBLE NEEDLE) The quality sample maker audits the garment assembly process, ensuring quality standards, sewing time efficiency, and accurate interpretation of technical sheets with external contractors (visiting them directly at their locations). Requirements: * **Technical Sheet Control:** Interpret and validate technical specifications (materials, stitch types, measurements, and trims). * **Quality Control:** Identify garment construction defects and propose technical solutions to correct them prior to mass production. * **Machinery Handling:** Operate and adjust various industrial sewing machines. * **Grading and Pattern Making:** Support review of size grading to ensure proper fit across the full size range. Education: Technical Degree in Industrial Garment Manufacturing, Fashion Design, or related field. * **Specialized Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **sewing types and stitches**. * In-depth knowledge of **textiles** (behavior of woven and knitted fabrics). * Pattern-making software proficiency is a valued plus. * Ability to conduct **time and motion studies**.
