RECURSOS E INGENIERÍA SUSTENTABLE S.A DE C.V JOB PROFILE AND DESCRIPTION: TECHNICAL SUPPORT OPERATIVE EDUCATION: Minimum bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL: YES JOB OBJECTIVE: To administer, develop, maintain, and manage information and communications technologies, as well as implement these technologies to support the company's objectives and requirements. EXPERIENCE: · Similar positions involving comprehensive technical support knowledge. · Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. · Experience providing technical assistance and resolving issues across various IT domains. SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products. · Teamwork. · Maintenance of printers, computers, servers, and telephony equipment. · Maintenance and optimization of the company’s internet network infrastructure. · Server updates. · Office and antivirus license control and renewal. · Management of platform and license passwords (e.g., CONTPAQi, antivirus, Office, etc.). · IP support on the server and configuration on other computers. · Protection of digital information against cyberattacks. · Camera surveillance system control and management.
