We seek individuals with a positive attitude, passion for technology, and customer service orientation to join our IT team. **What We Offer:** **Salary:** $10,000 net, tax-free **Statutory benefits** from day one **Year-end bonus:** 15 days **Vacation days:** 12 days **Vacation premium** as per law **Pay schedule:** Biweekly **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 As a **Systems Technical Support** professional, your responsibilities will include: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, and other devices. * Providing operational technical support and effective solutions to internal users. * Efficiently handling incidents and requests with a customer-oriented attitude. * Documenting interventions and reporting equipment status. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience in Service Desk * Customer service experience * Support ticket management * Level 1 and Level 2 support **Desirable Qualifications:** * Prior experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of operating systems and common support tools.
