We are currently seeking an **'Operations Analyst for the Essences area'**, to join our team and contribute to achieving our operational objectives. **Job Description** -------------------------- Analyze and validate customer production requirements by registering and managing materials according to the weekly production plan, ensuring compliance with established processes and instructions, thereby guaranteeing continuity and efficiency across the supply chain and production process. **Requirements** -------------- * Education: Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field **(Degree and ID)** * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouses, inventory, and material picking for various production areas. * SAP proficiency * Availability to work rotating shifts **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Pick raw materials (RM) for production areas using transfer requisitions (TR), ensuring adherence to the production plan and service level targets (OTIF). * Conduct and analyze inventories through cycle counts, identifying and correcting potential discrepancies to maintain inventory reliability. * Support diverse operational activities facilitating smooth operations, including material handling, workplace organization, and cleanliness. * Execute all activities in accordance with safety standards, complying with both customer and company guidelines to prevent incidents and accidents. * Ensure delivery of integrated system outputs (DMS), entering information timely and accurately while validating team participation. * Perform material receipt and unloading, managing performance indicators and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Storage Practices (GSP), ensuring material availability and safety.
