**Job Summary** As an Infra. Technology Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless desktop support within our organization. With your expertise you will address technical challenges enhance user experience and contribute to the overall efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the operational integrity of our systems ensuring that our employees can perform their tasks without interruption. **Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive desktop support to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. * Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions that align with organizational goals and strategies. * Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain operational efficiency. * Document and update technical procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams. * Assist in software installations and updates to ensure systems are up\-to\-date and secure. * Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. * Offer guidance and support to users helping them navigate technical challenges effectively. * Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures to maintain data security and integrity. * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance desktop support capabilities. * Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. * Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure availability for seamless operations. * Provide training sessions to users to enhance their understanding and utilization of IT resources. **Qualifications** * Possess strong expertise in desktop support with a focus on remote troubleshooting and problem\-solving. * Demonstrate proficiency in software installation configuration and maintenance. * Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users and IT teams. * Have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and system performance monitoring. * Show capability in documenting technical procedures and maintaining accurate records. * Display ability to evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for desktop support. * Hold a bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field. * Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in desktop support roles with a maximum of 12 years. * Showcase experience in collaborating with vendors and service providers for issue resolution. **Certifications Required** * CompTIA A\+ Certification Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
