**Job Objective:** Provide customers at food and beverage outlets with an enjoyable and expert beverage and service experience, based on the implementation of excellence standards in quality, professionalism, and courtesy according to the Hotel’s policies and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times, adhering to the Hotel’s standards. * Availability to rotate among the Hotel’s various food and beverage outlets. * Responsible for selling beverages and food. * Responsible for keeping their work area well-organized at all times. * Ensure effective communication with the kitchen, fellow waitstaff, and supervisory personnel to deliver professional service. * Maintain a professional, warm, and sincere image, as well as impeccable personal hygiene. * Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues within the food and beverage outlet, as well as with staff from other departments. * Report for duty punctually wearing the complete and clean uniform. * Attend monthly departmental meetings and any others as required. **General Skills:** * Flexibility and availability for schedule rotation * Requires constant physical movement * Attention to detail * Dynamic * Teamwork * Effective communication **Requirements:** * Knowledge of Food and Beverage * Minimum education: High school diploma with certificate * 70% English proficiency (intermediate\-advanced) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,450\.00 per month Benefits: * Staff cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Application Questions: * Please specify two dates and times when we may contact you by phone call. * What is your level of English proficiency? * Do you have prior experience working as a waiter/waitress? * How far are you located from the hotel?
