Job Summary: We are seeking support for inspection and quality control of flexographic plates, including visual verification, parameter measurement, and report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Support in inspection and quality control 2. Visual verification of flexographic plates 3. Real-world experience and potential employment We are a paper-based corporate group with over 100 years of experience, dedicated to manufacturing notebooks, contract manufacturing (maquila), graphic arts, and production of digital and analog flexographic plates. Responsibilities: * Support in inspection and quality control * Visual verification of flexographic plates (defects, uniformity, relief, edges, spelling). * Support in measuring basic parameters: thickness, hardness, relief, registration. * Completion of inspection forms for in-process and finished products. * Management and archiving of quality records (physical and digital). * Preparation of simple inspection result reports. * Comparison of results between digital and analog plates (under supervision). * Support in corrective and preventive actions * Basic data entry and analysis of indicators (rejections, reworks, losses). * Preparation of simple charts for monthly tracking.
