Position Summary: We are seeking a didactic and proactive professional to manage the commercial process, including prospecting, proposal development, project follow-up, and sales closing for POP materials and advertising. We seek a didactic, proactive professional eager to grow. **What Will You Do?** You will be involved in the entire commercial process: * Attention and growth of the active account portfolio (you already have an established customer base) * Prospecting and onboarding of new accounts (retail, corporate, brands) * Proposal and quotation development * Project follow-up (from small-scale sales to large-scale projects) * Client visits (Puebla, CDMX, and Monterrey) * Negotiation and closing **Who Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 3 years of B2B / corporate sales experience (**mandatory**) * Proven ability to prospect, open doors, and close deals * Knowledge of graphic arts, printing, or materials (ideal but not mandatory for strong performers) * Willingness to travel, primarily to CDMX and Monterrey * Completed bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field), depending on experience * Proficiency in Excel (quotations, tracking) * Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and results orientation * Personal vehicle What We Offer * Base salary: **MXN $22,000 net per month** * Uncapped commissions (real income growth potential) * Statutory benefits * Work laptop * Paid training (15 days) * Fully covered travel allowances * Stability \+ real growth within the commercial area Schedule and Work Model * Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) * On-site work in Puebla * Availability for travel and special projects **If you meet the profile and seek consistent economic growth, apply through this channel!** Salary: MXN $22,000.00 \- $35,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
