




Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with experience supervising personnel on production lines and knowledge of quality systems to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience supervising more than 20 people 2. Knowledge of production line balancing and planning 3. Experience in food companies and continuous improvement Engineering degree — Proven experience in a Supervisory role managing over 20 direct reports. Experience in production line balancing, production planning, Packaging order management, ERP SAP or similar system usage. Preferably experience in food companies within Engineering departments, process management at the supervisory, coordination, or department head level. Knowledge of continuous improvement processes, FSSC 22000, or quality management systems. Conflict resolution and personnel management for teams of over 25 people. Management of unionized personnel. Food safety culture focused on processes. Excellent KPI management skills; intermediate-to-advanced Office software proficiency.
