Effective communication skills and teamwork **WHO WE ARE:** We are an industrial construction company providing maintenance and repair services to sugar mills, as well as maintenance for industrial warehouses, structures, and civil works. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To generate competitive quotations requested by our clients, on time and as required. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** * Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture or related field. **Experience:** * 1 year in similar positions within the industrial construction sector. * Proven experience in budgeting, unit price analysis, and cost control. * Participation in industrial plant construction, heavy infrastructure or similar projects. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in unit price software (Neodata\-Opus) * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D\- Proficiency in Excel * Analytical thinking **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach. * Teamwork. * Time management and adherence to deadlines. * Effective communication (oral and written). * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Professional ethics and confidentiality. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analysis of competitive costs and budgets * Development of item catalogs * Site visits and client communication * Reading and interpretation of blueprints Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $10,000\.09 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free uniforms Willingness to travel: * 75 % (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
