**Position Objective:** The position aims to prevent workplace risks, promote a safe and healthy work environment, foster a culture of accident and occupational illness prevention, and ensure compliance in the field and administratively/documentarily with NOM\-031\-STPS\-2011, the Federal Civil Protection Law, and other applicable regulations. **Requirements:** * Degree holder with professional license * Minimum one year of experience in Civil Construction / Remote Sites * Age: 28 to 45 years **Competencies:** * Leadership * Teamwork * Ability to prioritize and work under pressure * Focus on achieving objectives * Initiative **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and deliver documentation required for compliance with NOM\-031\-STPS\-2011, the Federal Civil Protection Law, and other applicable regulations. * Develop the safety and health program for the assigned project. * Develop safe work procedures for activities to be carried out in the assigned project. * Develop the emergency response plan for the assigned project. * Conduct risk assessments for activities/jobs to be performed in the assigned project. * Plan and supervise activities/jobs according to applicable STPS regulations, as well as comply with the conditions and rules established in the assigned project. * Safeguard personnel integrity through a Safety and Health management system. * Train new personnel on Safety, Health, Hygiene, and instruct them on the assigned project's regulations. * Provide weekly or as-needed training to personnel on Safety, Health, and Hygiene. * Communicate to personnel and enforce the Safety, Health, and Hygiene protocols established in the assigned project. * Manage and supervise compliance with PPE usage. * Report and record daily personnel attendance. * Inspect and report weekly on the condition of machinery and work equipment to implement preventive/corrective actions. * Attend visits from Project Supervision (SHE), conducting site tours and providing requested documentation. * Immediately report any accidents or incidents to the management team. * Responsible for administrative compliance regarding safety and hygiene (folder) for the assigned project. * Responsible for managing health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the assigned project. * Responsible for implementing safe work procedures in the assigned project. * Responsible for developing the emergency response plan for the assigned project. * Responsible for training new personnel and conducting weekly or as-needed training on workplace safety and health. * Responsible for planning and supervising activities/jobs according to applicable STPS regulations. * Responsible for safeguarding personnel integrity through a Safety and Health system. * Responsible for reporting and recording personnel attendance. * Responsible for guiding Project Supervision (SHE) visits and delivering required documentation. * Responsible for reporting follow-up inspections on the condition of machinery and work equipment. * Responsible for preparing incident and accident reports arising in the project. **We Offer:** * All legally mandated benefits * Daily allowances (Only for remote personnel) * Accommodation (Only for remote personnel) * Biweekly payment * Option for indefinite contract * Immediate hiring **Working Hours** Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. \- 06:00 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch Saturdays: HALF DAY. *If you meet the profile and are interested, we invite you to apply!* Job type: Full-time, Fixed-term or project-based Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Work Location: On-site
