We seek a Project Architect with a developer mindset, capable of: Creating projects from scratch Optimizing spaces for profitability Making strategic design decisions Taking projects to the executive level, ready for construction Project Types Residential Multi-family Commercial Industrial warehouses Subdivisions and full developments (urbanization from scratch) Key Responsibilities End-to-end development: concept → executive project Master plan and subdivision design Density, land-use, and feasibility analysis Coordination of engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, urban planning) Project optimization for maximum profitability Generation of complete executive drawings Strategic proposals for investors Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE) 5–8+ years as a project architect REAL experience developing complete projects Experience working on real estate developments Advanced proficiency in: AutoCAD Revit / BIM Modeling/rendering software Knowledge of CDMX regulations Ability to make decisions (not just execute orders) IMPORTANT Only candidates who: Submit a portfolio featuring real executive projects Demonstrate experience in ground-up development Understand profitability and design efficiency Will NOT be considered if focused solely on renderings or conceptual design We Offer Competitive salary + project-based bonuses Participation in high-level developments Real professional growth Project stability and continuity Application Submit CV + portfolio (mandatory) Subject line: Senior Project Architect – Development Position type: Full-time Salary: $9,194.47 – $21,337.91 per month Work location: On-site employment
