This position offers the opportunity to learn, strengthen accounting knowledge, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. **Responsibilities:** * Record accounting journal entries in the ERP system according to established guidelines. * Perform monthly bank reconciliations under supervision. * Support the monthly and annual financial closing process. * Verify that supplier payments correspond to authorized documents. * Review tax requirements for fiscal receipts (CFDI) in accordance with current regulations. * Maintain updated accounting files and supporting documentation. * Respond to information requests from the accounting department and internal audits. * Report promptly any errors or discrepancies detected in accounting records. Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (completed or in progress). * 1 year of experience in accounting recordkeeping or professional internships. * Required knowledge: basic general accounting, accounting recordkeeping, bank reconciliations, CFD review, ERP system usage, basic Excel.
