Expertise in **job-order costing**, budget control, and compliance with sector-specific regulations (e.g., construction project registration and special employer payroll contributions). Residency in Bucerías, Nayarit is MANDATORY. **Specialized Software:** Proficiency in accounting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics), and preferably construction management tools (e.g., Enkontrol, Opus, or Neodata). **Responsibilities** * **Cost Accounting:** Management of cost centers by project to determine the actual profitability of each construction project. * **Inventory Management:** Control of materials in warehouse and “in transit,” as well as depreciation of heavy machinery. * **Specialized Taxation:** In-depth knowledge of statutory withholding taxes, payroll taxes for construction projects, and social security regimes specific to construction workers. * **Financial Reporting Standards (NIF/NIC):** Application of **revenue recognition** criteria (based on construction progress or degree of completion) **We Offer:** Monthly gross salary between $40,000 and $45,000 Statutory benefits Job stability.
