Main responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and guide them to their assigned table or area. * Present the cocktail, beverage, and food menu, and offer recommendations based on customer preferences. * Accurately take orders and relay them to the bar or kitchen as appropriate. * Serve beverages and food, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and correct setup of tables and service areas at all times. * Continuously monitor customer satisfaction throughout their visit. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and food and beverage handling standards. * Assist with bar opening and closing procedures (setup, cleaning, basic inventory, etc.). * Collaborate with bar and kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow. Requirements * Experience in similar roles (preferably in cocktail bars or restaurants). * Basic knowledge of mixology and food-and-beverage pairing. * Customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. * Professional personal appearance and proactive attitude. * Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
