Your responsibilities include: * Inventory, cost, and shrinkage control. * Leadership, training, and motivation of staff (including our assistants and team spirit!). * Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and service standards. * Reporting on sales indicators and cash management. Desired profile: * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in unit management or assistant management within food and beverage establishments (fast food or restaurants). * **Education:** Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, or related field; or completed high school or vocational education. * **Skills:** Strategic leadership, conflict management, customer service orientation, and absolute honesty. * **Availability:** To rotate shifts and work weekends.
