Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer to ensure the proper operation of systems, equipment, and networks, providing technical support and efficient solutions to users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for technical support, problem resolution, and user assistance. 2. Management of systems, equipment, and networks, including multifunctional devices and CCTV. 3. Support in e-commerce implementation and internal process development. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the company’s systems, equipment, and networks, delivering prompt and effective support and solutions to users. ✅ **Main Responsibilities** * Installation, configuration, and servicing of **multifunctional devices, scanners, plotters, and printers**. * Configuration of **computing equipment, software, and applications**. * **Corrective and preventive maintenance** of computing equipment. * Installation and configuration of **CCTV cameras**. * Administration and updating of the **corporate website**. * Support in **e\-commerce implementation**. * Development of **internal programs and processes**. * Configuration of **antivirus software, user profiles, and email accounts**. * Support for the **Google platform** (Gmail, Drive, Workspace, etc.). **Requirements** * Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or Information Technology Management**. * Experience in: * Maintenance, configuration, and administration of **operating systems**. * Maintenance, configuration, and repair of **computers and structured cabling**. * Configuration of **LAN and VPN networks**. * Configuration of **CCTV**. **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary of $16,000\.00** * Statutory benefits **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, **8:00 AM to 7:00 PM**. **Location of our corporate offices** 2 sur 3907, El Carmen Huexotitla, Puebla.
