Opportunity for career growth and benefits from Grupo Salinas. **LEADING COMPANY IS SEEKING A MOTORCYCLE COLLECTION AGENT!** **Job Purpose:** Conduct collection, retention, and recovery activities (at the customer’s home and/or workplace) in compliance with company policies and procedures, acting promptly to recover overdue payments, advising customers and promoting current solutions to resolve their outstanding balances, as well as obtaining updated contact and location information for borrowers. **Requirements:** * Experience in door-to-door collections, customer service, or motorcycle-based delivery services. * Extensive motorcycle operation experience (mandatory) with a valid license. * Excellent negotiation skills. * Customer service orientation. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $2,500 weekly \+ bonuses (estimated weekly earnings of $3,500 to $4,500) * Monday to Sunday schedule with one weekday day off. * Working hours from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm (2-hour lunch break) * Provision of motorcycle, safety equipment, work tools, and gasoline vouchers * Statutory benefits and life insurance from day one * Career growth opportunities. * Store discounts, payroll advances, loans, and many more Grupo Salinas benefits WORK AREA: Bosques de San Sebastian, Amalucan, and surrounding areas.
