We value our employees' talent and dedication, offering a collaborative work environment and professional growth opportunities. **Job Requirements** * Education: Completed university degree with a title in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Resident on metal-structural construction projects. * Skills: Knowledge of construction site supervision, personnel management, blueprint interpretation, and construction regulations. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate project commencement and completion per contract. * Supervise installation of metal structures according to approved blueprints. * Administer the construction schedule and on-site resources. * Coordinate operational staff and subcontractors. * Validate timely material supply from the plant. * Review physical progress and daily site reports. * Coordinate field quality inspections and approvals. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Attend site meetings with clients and external supervisors. * Manage scope changes and change orders. * Control incidents, risks, and schedule deviations. * Report progress, results, and status to Plant Management and Executive Leadership. **We Offer** * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Inclusive and collaborative work environment.
