HSBC Mexico offers career development opportunities for individuals with an outstanding service attitude, excellent client interaction skills, enthusiasm for sales, and ambition to grow professionally in the Commercial area as a Business Executive. **Primary Responsibility:** Responsible for maintaining and growing the SME client portfolio. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration or Finance (in progress or completed), or completed high school diploma. * Minimum three years of experience in banking operations (products). * Minimum three years of sales experience. * Minimum three years of experience as Account Executive and in segment management. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of markets and external regulations. * Knowledge of financial mathematics. * Knowledge of KYC (know your customer). * Knowledge of Retail Business Banking (SME) products. * Strong interpersonal skills with clients. * Business identification and development. * Portfolio management. * Passion for sales. * Client needs identification. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. * Mobility required to visit clients. * Preferred: AMIB certification. **Skills:** * Customer- and sales-oriented. * Teamwork. * Results-driven / Problem-solving. * Adaptability to change. **We Offer:** Direct employment by the Bank.
