




We are seeking a **Project Manager** with experience in **construction and real estate development projects in Acapulco**, responsible for the **comprehensive planning, execution, and control** of projects—from the design and permitting phases through to final delivery. This individual will serve as the primary liaison among developers, technical teams, contractors, and government authorities, ensuring adherence to **timelines, budgets, quality standards, and local regulatory requirements**. **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise **residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects**. * Develop and monitor **budgets, schedules, and construction progress**. * Coordinate **architects, engineers, DRO (Director Responsable de Obra), co-responsible parties, contractors, and suppliers**. * Manage **permits and licenses** with relevant authorities. * Ensure compliance with **local regulations** (Acapulco Construction Code, complementary technical standards, occupational safety and hygiene). * Supervise **construction quality** and adherence to technical specifications. * Identify, assess, and mitigate **technical, financial, and operational risks**. * Administer scope changes and cost control. * Prepare **physical and financial progress reports** for management and investors. * Coordinate **final project handover and administrative closeout**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Architecture**. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience as a Project Manager or site supervisor in real estate projects. * Demonstrable knowledge of the **Construction Code** and permitting procedures. * Proficiency in planning and control tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel). * Experience in **cost control, estimates, and contracts**. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Willingness to conduct on-site visits in Acapulco, Guerrero. **Desirable** * Certification in **Project Management** (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). * Experience in vertical or high-density developments. * Knowledge of **real estate feasibility and financial analysis**. * Familiarity with BIM (Revit, Navisworks). **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $35,000 to $45,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth within an expanding company.
