We are currently seeking a 'Safety and Hygiene Analyst' to join our team and contribute to achieving our operational objectives. **Job Description** -------------------------- Ensure the implementation and compliance with safety and hygiene standards within operations, promoting a risk prevention culture and zero accidents. **Requirements** -------------- * Education: Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field **(Degree and license)** * Minimum 1 year of experience in safety and hygiene * Knowledge of regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Prevention * Experience in safety walkthroughs, risk analysis, and audits * Proficiency in KPIs and reporting * Availability to work rotating shifts **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Train personnel on onboarding, procedures, and safety standards * Communicate incidents, lessons learned, and critical safety topics * Document analyses of critical and recurring issues * Identify unsafe acts and conditions through walkthroughs * Develop and follow up on safety inspections and checklists * Implement safety campaigns and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs * Conduct risk analyses in work areas * Ensure proper use of PPE across all areas * Guarantee compliance with applicable regulations * Manage incident investigations and root cause analyses * Supervise high-risk work and permit-to-work compliance (including contractors)
