MECHANICAL WORKSHOP MANAGER

Join our team for the Mechanical Workshop Manager position for ORO Buses. **Location**: Calle Chopo \#43 Col, González Ortega **Working Hours**: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) **Work Schedule**: Monday through Sunday, with midweek rest days **Salary**: $12,000 to $15,000 monthly net (weekly payment), depending on experience. **Statutory Benefits** Technical supervisor with experience in bus and minibus maintenance, focused on vehicle availability, workshop operational control, leadership of mechanical staff, and efficient resolution of preventive and corrective failures. Organized, analytical, and capable of working under pressure. **Education** * Automotive mechanical technician, mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum 3–5 years in bus workshops, passenger transport services, or fleet operations. * Experience handling: * Diesel engines * Pneumatic systems * Suspension and brakes * Electrical/electronic diagnostics * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Supervisory experience over technical or mechanical personnel. **Key Technical Knowledge** * Heavy-duty transport vehicles and minivans. * Cummins, Mercedes, Detroit, Volvo engines, etc. (as per fleet). * Diagnostic scanning tools. * Spare parts and inventory control. * Maintenance scheduling. * Maintenance logs and failure tracking. * Vehicle safety and maintenance standards.
