Medical service. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily construction activities, verifying compliance with drawings, regulations, and specifications. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify deviations, defects, or irregularities in the construction process. * Verify that materials and work meet established quality standards. * Document progress, incidents, and corrective actions. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and operational staff. * Ensure compliance with on-site safety and hygiene regulations. * Report progress to the project supervisor or manager. **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum experience of **1 to 3 years** as a Construction Resident or in a similar position. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation, construction regulations, and quality control. * Proficiency in logbooks, reporting, and supervision tools. * Availability for fieldwork. **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Problem solving * Effective communication * Organization and follow-up * Operational leadership Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
