Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Certification Consultant for Retail, responsible for certifying branches, evaluating infrastructure projects, and implementing operational protocols. Evaluation and feedback on operational standards compliance Grupo Salinas is seeking: QUALITY CERTIFICATION CONSULTANT (RETAIL) Required Profile: * Completed bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration * Valid driver's license * Availability to travel within the state * Microsoft Office proficiency * Work schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: * Knowledge of certification processes in Retail and/or Self-Service Store chains * Customer service experience * Relationship management and executive-level coordination across multiple departments Main Responsibilities: * Certify branches regarding budget usage and work tools (furniture, POP materials, current campaigns and pricing) * Evaluate whether infrastructure projects comply with business guidelines (safety, regulatory requirements, product display, and furniture) * Apply Operational Standard protocols across all customer touchpoints to provide feedback on compliance levels * Evaluate franchise and UDN protocols at points of sale to provide feedback on compliance levels * Execute tasks assigned by the Operational Management Directorate, other departments, and business units Benefits: * Competitive monthly base salary * Work tools (company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone line) * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * GS benefits * Professional and respectful work environment Interested candidates must apply through this channel with updated contact information (email and phone number) "COMPANY COMMITTED TO LABOR EQUALITY AND NON-DISCRIMINATION"
