It consists of three business units: **Coppel Stores, Afore Coppel, and BanCoppel.** **Position Objective:** Locate customers who have changed their address without notifying Grupo Coppel, to update the database, while managing and recovering overdue balances with the goal of maintaining a healthy portfolio. **Job Responsibilities:** * Print the list of customers to be located, generated by portfolio systems, serving as the basis for planning daily visits to optimize travel time. * Verify the mechanical and physical condition of the transportation vehicle to prevent incidents during transit. * Effectively search for and locate customers who have changed their address without notifying Grupo Coppel, providing them with information about their credit status, ensuring they remain informed about their current status and balance. * Update customer addresses in the system to guarantee delivery of their account statements. * Manage and recover overdue balances, or otherwise arrange installment payments to settle the outstanding amount. **Position Profile:** * High school diploma completed. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Strong sense of city orientation. * Basic knowledge of motorcycle mechanics.
