To view the job, select ‘Español \- ES’ from the language selector in the page menu.** HSBC Mexico offers career development opportunities for individuals with an outstanding service attitude, strong client interaction skills, a passion for sales, and an aspiration to grow professionally in the Commercial area as a Junior Account Executive. **Primary Function:** Learn to manage and build a customer portfolio to increase branch profitability. **Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Economics/Administration or Finance (in progress or completed) OR completed high school diploma. * Minimum one year of experience in banking operations (products). * Minimum one year of sales experience. * Knowledge of markets. * Ability to interact effectively with customers. * Passion for sales. * Ability to identify customer needs. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. **Skills:*** Customer- and sales-oriented. * Teamwork. * Results-driven / Problem-solving. * Adaptability to change. **We Offer:** Direct employment by the bank.
