A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.**About the role** * Direct exposure to **Talent Development**, **Learning & Development (L&D)**, and **Organizational Development** processes. * Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives planned for **2026 within the GBS Center**. * Coordinate programs, manage content, and ensure smooth execution of learning activities that drive skill development aligned with GBS priorities. * Actively contribute to fostering a **culture of continuous learning** and personal growth. * High probability of future employment. * Collaborative, diverse, and growth-oriented environment. **Key responsibilities** * Support the **Learning Manager** in executing training and development initiatives scheduled for 2026. * Coordinate logistics, tracking, and delivery of learning programs. * Manage, upload, and update content on digital L&D platforms. * Document and enter information into internal systems. * Prepare reports, metrics, and supporting materials for talent programs. * Assist in identifying training needs with managers and teams. * Contribute to cross-functional optimization projects related to talent development. * Maintain contact with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive user learning experience. **Qualifications and skills** * **Advanced English (mandatory).** * **Prior experience:** Not required; previous internships are a plus. * **Demonstrated interest in:** learning and development, HR processes, and digital tools. **Requirements**: Actively enrolled student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Pedagogy, or related fields. * University willing to sign an internship agreement letter with Kerry. * Valid health insurance (SGGM family plan or IMSS).
