Here, you can apply your administrative and financial expertise with autonomy, stability, and in a respectful environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, economics, or related fields. * 5 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial planning, tax planning, treasury, or electronic invoicing. * Personnel administration experience. * Experience managing audits. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the administrative and financial operations of the unit. * Manage budgets, cash flows, and costs. * Supervise administrative and operational staff. * Manage internal and external audits. * Generate financial reports for decision-making. * Ensure compliance with tax and administrative regulations. * Supervise invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. * Manage documentation and ERP systems (Odoo preferred). **Technical Competencies** * Ability to supervise teams. * Administrative order, follow-up, and discipline. * Ability to implement processes and improve existing ones. * Effective communication with management and operational departments. * Empathetic leadership (particularly important in healthcare/human services institutions). **Work Location: Zona Real** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
