What do you need? · Partial Bachelor's degree or completed High School diploma · Experience or knowledge in the field · Proficiency in email, printer usage, courier services, and basic Office software. What would be your responsibilities or activities? · Accurate and continuous registration and data entry into logs, forms, emails, and traceability records. · Shift handover and reception must be done in person, clearly stating pending tasks, comments, schedules, and processes requiring follow-up. · The Monitoring Operator must ensure timely updating and completion of all data entry and record-keeping documents during their shift. The operator must not leave until all duties are completed or properly handed over to the next shift. · Monitor GPS units via visualization platform, text messages, and phone calls with clients and operators. · Efficiently and promptly respond to alerts, events, and follow-up emails regarding incidents, informing clients of such situations. · Maintain the public image of the company and personal reputation with clients by seeking solutions to any issues and ensuring a positive experience. · Carefully follow established procedures to achieve set goals.
