Position Summary: Coordinate school maintenance and cleaning operations, manage custodial teams, and ensure the integrity of infrastructure and furniture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of school maintenance and cleaning area 2. Management of custodial staff and supervision of cleaning activities 3. Management of infrastructure, furniture, and institutional events A school located in the northern part of the city is seeking: SCHOOL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Coordinates the school’s maintenance and cleaning area through the custodial team, ensuring cleanliness as well as proper care of campus infrastructure and furniture. 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings 2. Supervision and support of cleaning activities in assigned school areas, including classrooms, courtyards, offices, restrooms, common areas, gardens, parking lots, etc. 3. Execution of operational logistics for various institutional events. 4. Preparation of budgets and procurement requests for equipment and/or materials; vendor coordination; warehouse and inventory control; purchase tracking for reporting to the administrative department.
