Conducting visual and operational inspections of vehicles **TRANSPORTES AMERICANOS** **WE ARE HIRING:** ***Security Guard – Yard*** **Profile:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Education: Completed or incomplete secondary or high school; technical degree preferred. * Knowledge of trailer and dry van inspections. * Proficiency in using container inspection tools. * Computer literacy, CCTV systems knowledge, internet usage skills. * Service-oriented attitude. * Flexible availability for shift work. * Familiarity with and ability to implement CTPAT standards. **Objective:** Responsible for the quality inspection and registration of all units entering and exiting the facility, ensuring correct application of internal processes and CTPAT regulatory procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Identifying damages on tractors and trailers. * Performing visual and operational inspections of tractors and trailers. * Generating exchange reports, verifying discrepancies against the outbound exchange from the origin terminal. * Reporting detected incidents to the maintenance and operations departments. * Generating entry and exit reports. * Implementing security procedures per CTPAT standards. * Monitoring the CCTV system and preparing incident reports. * Maintaining control and records of vendors and visitors. * Generating incident reports. * Conducting patrols inside the facility and reporting incidents and/or updates. * Promptly detecting, reporting, and communicating incidents and/or anomalies identified during the shift. **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary: $15,603 to $17,631. * Monthly incentive: 13%. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus). * Enhanced benefits (life insurance, major medical expense insurance, savings account available after 6 months, 6% savings fund). * Job stability. * Uniforms provided. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Rotating shifts: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. * Work location: México 200 16, 28800 La Ladrillera, Col.
