* Develop guard roles and instructions * Maintain logbook records * Explain instructions according to the specific needs of each sector * Monitor fuel, lubricant, and other consumption indicators in accordance with established procedures * Participate in training security guards on emergency and accident response procedures, delivering information through applicable means (drills, meetings, training courses, written materials, etc.), in coordination with the Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager. * Transfer of guards. * Possess a valid driver’s license. * Have experience as a supervisor, preferably in the security field.
