Position Summary: At Foxconn, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure operational continuity and maintain the technical integrity of machinery in SMT, PTH, and Backend processes. You will be responsible for maintaining the technical integrity of machinery in SMT, PTH, and Backend processes, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the telecommunications industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Preventive and Predictive Maintenance:** Execute scheduled maintenance routines on critical equipment (SMT, reflow ovens, wave soldering machines) to prevent line stoppages. * **Repair and Diagnosis (Corrective):** Promptly diagnose and resolve failures in electromechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems to minimize impact on production KPIs. * **Production Support:** Collaborate closely with Production Supervisors to ensure machinery operates within established quality and safety parameters. * **Spare Parts Management:** Report material and spare parts requirements to the MRO procurement department to maintain critical safety stock. * **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in Kaizen events and implementation of the **5S** methodology to optimize the work environment and team efficiency. * **Safety Compliance:** Ensure all interventions are conducted in accordance with industrial safety standards and strict use of personal protective equipment (PPE/ESD). **Technical Requirements:** * **Education:** University-Level Technical Degree (TSU) or Technical Diploma in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2\-3 years of maintenance experience in electronic manufacturing plants (Tier 1 preferred). * **Specific Knowledge:** * Pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems. * Reading and interpretation of diagrams and technical drawings. * Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized measurement equipment. **Are you up for the challenge?
