





POSITION MISSION: Ensure that Plaza Offices and Pharmacies facilities operate under optimal conditions through preventive and corrective work, in order to guarantee the required services for the operation and safety of employees (Plaza Offices and Branches). ACTIVITIES: * Perform construction, repair, installation, and maintenance tasks according to maintenance programs at Plaza Offices and Branches, ensuring optimal operation and functionality of facilities and buildings. * Carry out cleaning services in the facilities, furniture, equipment, as well as sidewalks outside Plaza Offices and Branches, controlling and maintaining in good condition the tools and equipment assigned, applying best maintenance practices. * Ensure timely response to requests sent by personnel from Plaza Offices and Branches by coordinating, assigning, and supervising construction and maintenance tasks, meeting established service levels and responding promptly. * Conduct visits to branches and verify the operational conditions of the facility in general, addressing cases requiring repairs (preventive and/or corrective) when necessary. * Transport and relocate furniture, as well as perform repairs such as replacing tempered glass or modifying home delivery service boxes to extend furniture lifespan. * Prepare and submit reports of completed activities, validate service orders with RF and ROC for closure and confirmation, performing administrative tasks arising from the activities carried out.
