Product quality control and deviation correction **Job Objective** Ensure the efficient operation of plastic injection machines, as well as perform preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee production process continuity and product quality. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Operate and adjust plastic injection machines. * Efficiently perform mold changes (setup). * Adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, timing). * Perform preventive maintenance on machines and peripheral equipment. * Diagnose and carry out corrective maintenance (mechanical and basic electrical failures). * Lubrication, cleaning, and equipment verification. * Identify mold defects and route them for repair. * Reduce downtime through immediate intervention. * Control product quality and correct deviations. * Complete production and maintenance reports. * Comply with industrial safety standards. Requirements * Education: Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Plastics, or related field. * Experience: 2–4 years in plastic injection and industrial maintenance. * Injection molding machines (Haitian, Engel, Arburg, etc.) * Basic hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Types of plastic resins * Preferred: Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
