If you are passionate about personnel interaction and administrative control, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** Track employee status from onboarding onward. Manage attendance-related incidents: attendance, tardiness, leaves of absence, and vacations. Address staff inquiries and needs. Assist in developing and updating manuals and processes. Document procedures and support internal audits. Provide direct support to Human Capital Management. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and personnel administration. Experience managing physical and digital personnel files. Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. Proficiency in databases and digital tools. **Competencies:** Organization and attention to detail. Effective communication. Confidentiality and professional ethics. Proactivity and sense of urgency. Solution-focused mindset. **Working Conditions:** Salary: $14,000 monthly. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 hrs; Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs. Statutory benefits. Location: Manzanillo, Colima.
