Participation in union reconciliations and reporting of inconsistencies **Project:** Colima–Armería Highway Expansion (LOS ASMOLES; COLIMA) **Department:** Operations / Construction Administration **Reports to:** Site Resident / Construction Manager **Personnel Supervised:** Hauling Checkers **Position Type:** Administrative–Operational **Functions and Responsibilities** · Coordinate and supervise hauling checkers' personnel. · Assign trucks according to kilometers, routes, and material. · Verify that all trips are conducted in accordance with established schedules. · Validate daily manual hauling records. · Monitor number of trips, kilometers traveled, and material transported. · Conduct administrative reconciliations with the union. · Identify and report inconsistencies or deviations. · Prepare daily and weekly hauling reports. · Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and safety regulations. **Required Profile** Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum Experience: 2 years in hauling control or construction logistics. Knowledge: Hauling control, manual recordkeeping, union relations.
