




**BRANCH MANAGER** **Objective:** Ensure that branch operations are carried out in a coordinated, effective and efficient manner, meeting quality standards in all areas. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field. **Marital status:** Indistinct **Age**: 25 to 50 years old **Gender:** Indistinct **Experience:** 1 to 3 years managing construction materials businesses. Experience in managing operational staff is essential. Must have good communication and comprehension skills. Must be familiar with safety regulations. Must be orderly, organized, proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented. Knowledge of KPIs aimed at the proper functioning of a company. Inventory management. **Responsibilities:** * Opening and closing of the branch. * Management of operational personnel. * Monthly sales targets, which must be exceeded each month. * Sales strategies. * Prospecting for clients and/or construction companies. * Follow-up with active clients. * Collection of overdue client invoices. * Maintain complete work schedules. * Control and proper handling of cash. * Safeguard fuel vouchers for proper vehicle fleet administration. * Disbursement of travel allowances when staff need to travel outside the local area. * Supervision of the warehouse together with the warehouse supervisor. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (half-hour breakfast break and one-hour lunch break). **THE BRANCH MUST BE OPENED 15 MINUTES EARLY.** **Monthly NET SALARY $12,000 \+ $2,000 MONTHLY BONUSES (Achieving criteria such as monthly sales targets and physical-inventory system alignment)** Company located next to Limones Tito in Tecomán, Col.
