Excellent leadership, teamwork, and self-learning abilities **HR CONNECT S.A DE C.V is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Coordinator in Manzanillo, Colima** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements Engineering or Bachelor's Degree Experience in last-mile delivery, road transport, and warehouse operations Minimum 3 years as Operations Coordinator Experience in Distribution Centers Logistics experience SAP experience KPI management experience * Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Proven ability to lead and coordinate operations and work teams. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including all three shifts and weekends, based on operational needs. * Excellent qualities in: leadership, teamwork, self-learning, honesty, and loyalty.
