Managing human capital and resolving operational issues We are seeking a Branch Assistant Manager – Restaurant Industry Objective: To support daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, staff supervision, and adherence to established quality, hygiene, and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: * Branch opening. * Human capital management. * Ensuring each area has the necessary supplies, tools, and materials for operations. * Supervising that all stations are prepared to begin service. * Supervising proper operations during the shift. * Guaranteeing a high-quality service and customer experience. * Assisting in resolving operational or customer-related issues. * Supervising that all areas remain clean and organized. * Verifying compliance with closing procedures.
