BENTO INT.** **PROFILE:** * *Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Administration, etc.* * Age 25 to 45 years. * *Experience in call centers as a database analyst or dialer* ***call center profiles with 1 to 3 years’ verifiable experience mandatory*** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Data analysis knowledge to identify trends. * Establishing processes and systems to make data-related work more efficient. * Maintaining databases and data systems. * Designing and organizing databases. * Creating reports and dashboards. * Ensuring data quality. * Optimizing performance. **KEY SKILLS** * Analytical and logical thinking. * Database management (SQL) and statistical tools (Python, R). * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. * Business knowledge to contextualize data.
