It is essential to ensure sufficient cash is available for customer change. \*Guarantee that all Home Delivery Service orders are properly collected from the customer—either upon delivery for cash payments, or by obtaining the voucher signature when payment is made by card—matching the sales receipt generated at the pharmacy. \*Follow up on the shift entry and exit checklists. \*Use the HELP application during the workday for proper order assignment, tracking, and delivery. \*Comply with the assigned cleaning schedule (e.g., restrooms, parking lot, vehicle).
