A MAJOR TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IS SEEKING A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR FOR ITS HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT: **HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. **Minimum verifiable experience:** 2 YEARS IN THE HEAVY-DUTY FREIGHT TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of administrative and operational staff (workshop and fifth-wheel teams) * Field recruitment, as well as recruitment via social media and online platforms * Preparation of payroll-related reports and preliminary payroll lists (administrative and workshop) * Management of KPIs and intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Personnel file management and audit tracking * Personnel support for a headcount of 30 employees * Termination of employment contracts through the Labor Conciliation and Arbitration Board (JCA) * Supervision and management of assigned personnel * Direct reporting to the Human Resources Management team * Organization of company events **Skills:** * Communication * Organization * Commitment * Problem-solving * Adaptability * Results orientation.
