Ensure effective communication among customers, the technical department, and workshop administration to guarantee a positive customer experience and compliance with Ford’s quality standards. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical high school diploma in automotive studies, engineering, or related fields (preferred). * **Location:** Naucalpan, State of Mexico. * **Experience:** Two years in automotive service, customer service, or similar roles. * **Specific knowledge:** Experience working at Mazda dealerships or using DMS systems is preferred. * **Driver’s license:** Valid and mandatory. * **Willingness to travel:** Preferred. **Skills / Competencies:** * Clear and professional communication. * Customer orientation. * Time management and organizational skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Consultative negotiation and sales skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Schedule and record appointments in the system (brand portal and SAP). * Receive vehicles arriving for service, including parking and completing vehicle reception forms. * Register vehicles into the system and assign parking locations. * Create work orders in the system and verify active campaigns on vehicles to add services or process warranty claims. * Deliver vehicles to the workshop and park them in the waiting area for technician assignment. * Receive workshop estimates and send them to customers for authorization; receive customer approval and notify the workshop. * Request parts when required, inform customers of expected arrival dates and repair timelines, and confirm vehicle readiness and pickup availability. * Generate pre-invoices in SAP.
