As an HR Administration Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact and support for the employee team regarding personnel matters, payroll, administrative movements, staff departures, and events, and serve as the liaison between operational areas and Human Capital guidelines. Additionally, you will provide information and respond to any inquiries related to employment conditions. * Manage all administrative system-related activities, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding. * Receive and follow up on employee resignations. * Prepare payroll. * Implement and enforce policies. * Resolve and clarify employee questions and concerns regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and more. Essential Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Two years of experience in personnel administration and employee service. * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
