Job Objective: Conduct inspection of the production process for manufactured products, ensuring they meet quality attributes before, during, and after production. Responsibilities: Rejecting finished products, work-in-process items, and raw materials. Requesting validation of deviations in work-in-process and finished products. Conducting sampling control for production and finished products. Authorizing prints with new designs. Visiting suppliers and customers. Authorizing machine start-ups. Daily plant walkthroughs to inspect the production process. Verifying that the final product complies with specifications. Authorizing machine start-ups on-site, ensuring compliance with standards and sharing responsibility with the supervisor for any errors.
