Collaboration with key departments such as Production and Purchasing Impresos Vacha, a 100% Mexican company committed to quality in offset and digital printing, requires a Quotation Specialist to assess the feasibility of the printing projects the company undertakes, considering the processes involved, as well as sales pricing while safeguarding profitability. We are looking for a candidate with the following **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cost Analyst/Quotation Specialist in the graphic arts industry, specifically in offset printing and finishing processes. * Technical knowledge for costing supplies (paper, inks, rolls, etc.) * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Minimum 1 year handling and managing quotation requests from the commercial department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and job profitability by costing the processes. * Maintain constant communication with departments such as Production, Planning, Prepress, and Purchasing to prepare quotations. * Record and track requested quotations and maintain close communication with involved departments to implement necessary adjustments when the commercial department provides updated job information.
