A background in fleet maintenance and administration is desirable. **Profile:** * Proactivity * Organized individual * Responsible * Strong ability to prioritize tasks * Knowledge of personnel and machinery management (desirable) * Familiarity with maintenance area (desirable) **Responsibilities:** The candidate will be responsible for performing the following functions: * Maintain up-to-date records of equipment rentals, delivery dates, rental termination dates, and identification of requirements. * Preparation and tracking of Work Orders (WOs). * Stock control for scheduling preventive maintenance on our rental fleet. * Requesting per diems and ordering spare parts as directed by the area manager. * Preparing purchase requisitions requested by the area management. * Coordinating weekly and monthly maintenance scheduling—both corrective and preventive—to comply with the annual maintenance program. * Preparing and maintaining updated maintenance logs. * Maintaining constant communication with branch controllers to support operational processes. * Tracking spare parts purchases and supplier payments. * Monitoring technical staff and preparing weekly work reports. * Preparing formal reports for the warranty department and follow-up folders.
