




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to assist management with administrative tasks and vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct assistance to the director or immediate supervisor 2. Schedule management and vehicle maintenance 3. Execution of assigned tasks and purchases PROFILE * Minimum high school diploma * Basic English proficiency * Flexible availability * Residency in Los Cabos * Valid federal driver’s license RESPONSIBILITIES - Carry out tasks and purchases assigned by the director or immediate supervisor to achieve departmental objectives. - Maintain the daily work schedule. - Check fuel, oil, brake fluid, and tire levels, and ensure the vehicle remains clean and in optimal condition. - Report any malfunctions promptly and arrange for repairs at an authorized workshop; comply with safety regulations.
